How does the ECU file service work?
Read the vehicle file using your tuning tool, upload it to Alt Tune, and receive a custom tuned file ready to flash back to the vehicle.

Are your tuning files custom made?
Yes. Every file is hand-calibrated by an engineer for your specific vehicle, hardware, octane and gearbox. We never deliver generic maps.

How fast is file delivery?
Most files are delivered within 4 hours during Australian business hours (AEST). Complex projects or rare ECUs may take longer, and you will be notified.

What vehicles do you support?

Are your prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Pricing on alttune.com.au is shown and charged in AUD, with GST included where applicable.

Can I send my ECU from anywhere in Australia?
Yes. Workshops right across Australia can post their ECU to us using the send-your-ECU form, and we return it with a custom remap.

Do I need tuning experience to become a dealer?
No prior tuning experience is required. We provide guided onboarding, training material, and direct engineer support to get you started.

What tuning tools can I use?
We support all major OEM and aftermarket tuning tools, including Autotuner, KESS3, MMFlex, MAGPro2 X17 and CMD Flash.

Do you provide technical support?
Yes. Dealers get direct chat access to our engineering team for troubleshooting, revisions and customer-specific tuning questions.
